At Black Innovation Leaders of Florida (BILF), we believe that the most powerful engine for change is the next generation of leaders. As we push forward with our 2026 “Beyond The Block” mission, we are committed to ensuring that Florida’s brightest students aren’t just spectators in the tech revolution—they are the architects of it.

That is why we are incredibly proud to highlight our ongoing partnership with the University of South Florida (USF). We are currently opening our doors to driven, visionary students who are ready to move from the classroom to the frontlines of the innovation ecosystem.

Why Intern with BILF?

This isn’t a typical internship. At BILF, our interns are integrated into the heart of our mission. You won’t just be “helping out”; you will be working alongside our board of directors and industry experts to drive economic prosperity and technological equity across the state.

Whether we are advocating for policy changes, expanding access to capital, or organizing statewide tours, our interns play a vital role in our success. You will gain hands-on experience in ecosystem building, strategic communications, and community engagement, all while building a professional network that spans from Miami to the Panhandle.

How to Apply?

We are currently looking for students who are passionate about tech, community leadership, and entrepreneurship. If you are a USF student ready to build a legacy of excellence, we want to hear from you.
